Boller & Chivens spectrograph
This spectrograph is used exclusively with the 2.1m telescope. It is a low to intermediate resolution "classic" spectrograph. It is owned by the Brera Astronomical Observatory and was originally designed for the Cassegrain focus f/7 of the 1.37m telescope of this observatory. The spatial plate scale on the spectrum is approximately 40"/mm. It is recommended to measure in each case. Note that when the slit is "closed", the micrometer marks 150 microns, which is the minimum width at which it can close.
